Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy
        • Return request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
        • All returns will be refunded to the original payment method. 
        • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
        • Items must be sent back within 5 days of the delivery date.
        • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
        • Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
        • Always Cute by Leanna is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
        • We are unable to process returns sent to us without prior notification in the “Returns” section of your account or delivery confirmation.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An excessive or irregular return history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered, worn, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non"Always Cute by Leanna" items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

 

Exchange Policy

    • Currently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your refund is issued.
